Objectives

TRAFINZ aims to pool the expertise of local authorities, to investigate and advocate for

management of roads, public transport and parking.
  • To promote the safe use of roads by all citizens, though education, engineering and
    enforcement.
  • To ensure that the environmental impact of traffic movement is recognised and
    treated sensitively.
  • To ensure that the Government and its agencies are aware of the needs of local
authorities and their communities, and are effective in meeting those needs.
