Social Programme

Sunday 6 September 2009

5.30pm to 9.30pm

The welcome reception and mayoral opening will be held on Sunday evening at Hopetoun Alpha, a majestic historic building, beautifully restored for its current use as a function and event venue in the heart of Auckland City.

Built in 1875, as the home of the Beresford Street Congregational Independents, Hopetoun Alpha's elegant Greek Doric architecture was the design of the then well known architect, Philip Herepath.

The conference will be officially opened by John Banks, Mayor of Auckland City.  Austins will provide exquisite food and wines.  This will be a night to network, welcome old colleagues and meet new ones.

Tickets to attend the Conference opening are inclusive in the full registration fee, and partners or colleagues are also welcome, at a cost of $120.00 incl GST.
